About Me

Hi! I'm Lily

I am a Communication Arts major with a Marketing minor at Susquehanna University, driven by a love for storytelling, creativity, and making meaningful connections. I grew up in a small town in Central Pennsylvania - where I was fortunate to learn the importance of family, community, and teamwork from such a young age. Those roots have shaped me into someone who believes in the power of collaboration and building strong, lasting relationships - whether that's with a team or an audience.

In my time at Susquehanna University, I have held many roles that make me confident in my future endeavors. As a member of the Women's Soccer team, I've learned first-hand the value of discipline, perseverance, and working together toward a shared goal. The experience has not only strengthened my teamwork skills but has also reinforced the importance of maintaining a balance between individual effort and collective success.

I have also held roles such as being a Student Ambassador. In this position, I had the opportunity to give prospective students and their families a tour of Susquehanna - answering questions and providing important information. This position was so rewarding as I not only had the chance to interact with a plethora of groups, but I also got to share my love for the place that I call home - sharing my story in hopes that individuals could see me within themselves. Through this position, I also served as a ZeeMee Influencer for the university, where I shared my life, digitally, for prospective students to see as well as hosting events within the app. This role was such an honor as I was able to be a recognizable face for incoming students when they begin their journey at Susquehanna.

In continuation, I also work as a Social Media Specialist within the Marketing Communications Office at Susquehanna - where I interact with students, faculty, and staff to create compelling content on the university's official social media accounts. In this position, I have learned how to create and manage content, enhance engagement, and analyze social media performance to optimize audience reach. This position has played an integral part in my life and my time at Susquehanna, and I am forever grateful for all of the opportunities I have been given to enhance my skills in content creation, social media marketing, and digital storytelling. Through this, I have strengthened my communication skills, taught me the importance of strategic branding, and has given me the confidence to take initiative in a professional setting. Most importantly, this role has affirmed my passion for working in dynamic, creative environments where I can connect with others and make an impact through thoughtful and engaging content.
